Flying Colors singer Casey McPherson will be performing this Saturday, Sept. 4th, at Haute Spot in Cedar Park as part of RoseFest – a benefit concert to support To Cure a Rose Foundation.
RoseFest is a music festival and fundraiser that celebrates the music community that has stepped up along the way. Casey McPherson is an Austin native, and musician, and will be performing at the festival with his band, Alpha Rev.
RoseFest is open to all ages, and will be live-streamed for free on Facebook and YouTube. Doors open at 4, and tickets are available at eventbrite.com.
To Cure a Rose Foundation was founded earlier this year by Casey McPherson after his daughter, Rose, was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease called HNRNPH2. The organization has assembled a team of scientists and business leaders to develop treatments for children like Rose. We don’t know what is in store for Rose and these children without a cure, so we’re racing against time to raise money and develop genetic therapies for these kids as soon as possible.
