The band has often referenced bands like Dream Theater as an influence and that is clearly present here, but the middle section alone makes it one of their best tracks.

On Affinity, the band tried to expand their sound by adding in more electronics, keys, and poppy melodies, alongside the more aggressive metal track. “Earthrise”,a short pop-flavored tune, is the complete opposite “The Architect” but just as monumental an achievement and is what makes this band so great.
Celestial Elixir – Taken from the album Aquarius
Haken’s debut album leans more towards Dream Theater progressive metal but there are still moments where you can hear the potential in this band. The final song on Aquarius is also its best track and at 17 minutes, plenty to get excited about.
