  • Winger’s Pull is awesome from beginning to end, I totally agree with Roie on that one. They were a band I hadn’t liked at all when they started out. I wouldn’t have bothered to check them out again if I hadn’t been introduced to this album by a friend who played it to me when it was brand new. I liked every song and was immediately amazed – this effort was “Miles away” ? from their previous pop-rock efforts. I have liked it ever since and come back to it every now and then. Somehow I never thought of it as prog before, just as a great album with awesome songs, but yes…you are right and now I have connected the last few dots. My personal favorite tracks on it are Blind Revolution Mad, Down Incognito, Junkyard Dog and Who’s The One. Check it out, because it really deserves a lot more recognition.

Thanks for your great work. I really enjoy your podcasts and the website.

    • Thanks Tommy! Check out their recent albums too. Karma and Seven are really great albums, heavy and proggy.
