Riverside have been one of the most successful and groundbreaking bands in the prog scene for many years with albums like Second Life Syndrome and Shrine of New Generation Slaves. The band suffered a tremendous loss in 2016 when guitarist Piotr Grudziński passed away unexpectedly. The group vowed to carry on as a trio and now comes the release of their 7th studio album Wasteland, an album that explores all the emotions that come with loss, change, and so much more. In this interview, frontman, bassist and songwriter Maruisz Duda talks about the making of the album and how the band has been able to move forward.
Wasteland will be released on September 28th, 2018.
