Frost* all the way this year. Life in the Wires is perfect. And I say this despite the glorious return of Opeth growls, which comes in second.
Lots if great prog this year, though! Big Big Train and Beardfish also released gems, though they didn’t rise to the heights of the aforementioned.

I’ve never heard of Neal Morse but now that I have, I’ll be looking for his older stuff bc this is some fantastic stuff!
