Periphery have premiered the first of five “webisodes,” which take fans behind-the-scenes of the Juggernaut recordings.

Periphery, who recently announced the release of not one, but two, new albums (Juggernaut: Alpha and Juggernaut: Omega) on Jan. 27 via Sumerian Records, have premiered the first of five “webisodes,” which take fans behind-the-scenes of the Juggernaut recordings.  The five-part series will run through mid-January with the next clip debuting on Dec. 10.

“The recording of Juggernaut was a very rewarding, but at times a very challenging process,” explained drummer Matt Halpern. “These webisodes will give the viewers and listeners a chance to hear about the process first hand, and get a fresh, ‘right out of the studio’ impression from each of us about our personal experience with this record.”

Periphery launches a five-week tour on Jan. 10 at Cat’s Cradle in Carrboro, N.C. A video teaser for the tour, which includes openers for the upcoming tour are Nothing More, Wovenwar and Thank You Scientist, is available here: http://youtu.be/oXL0yHsKGl0.
