Having just completed their North American Parasomnia tour and about to release their new live album, Dream Theater have just received more good news. The track “Night Terror” the lead single from their album Parasmonia is nominated for Best Metal Performance.

This is Dream Theater’s 4th nomination. They won in 2022 for “The Alien.”
The eligibility window for nomination spans from Aug. 31, 2024 through Aug. 30, 2025. Recording Academy members and record companies enter recordings and music videos released during that window that they consider worthy of recognition. The 2026 Grammy Awards will take place on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
