Haken – Cruise to the Edge #17

Based out of London, Haken are part of a new crop of Prog Metal groups that aim to carry the torch.  Establishing themselves with their sophomore album Visions, the group truly broke through with 2013’s The Mountain, which was universally hailed as one of the best albums of that year.  The success of singles like Cockroach King and their performance on the Prog Nation at Sea won over a whole new audience.  They released a 3 song EP called Restoration in 2014 and are currently working on the 4th studio album which is expected in 2016.
