Guitarist Steve Hackett remains one of the busiest and most prolific musicians since first gaining worldwide recognition as the guitarist of the classic Genesis lineup of the 70s. Since leaving the group in 1977, Hackett has released over 20 solo albums. Over the last few years, he has toured in support of his Genesis Revisited albums which have been flawless re-imaginings of the music he made with that band. Prior to last year’s cruise, Hackett released his album The Night Siren to critical acclaim. Now just before this cruise, comes the release of another new album ‘At the Edge of Light.’ He has been a regular performer on Cruise to the Edge and makes his return following a successful appearance on the ship last year. This year is set to play songs from the classic Genesis album ‘Selling England by the Pound.’ This is a must-see show.
